For the week commencing 2nd of September 2024 External ECAs (extracurricular activities) will begin.

These are activities that are organised and run by external providers on the following days/times -

• 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays,

• 4:15 - 5:15 p.m. and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

BSU will operate an additional school bus for the students who are attending ECAs after-school.  The ECA bus will depart BSU on Mondays and Fridays at 16:30, and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 17:30 p.m. The bus route will have fixed stops (unlike the usual bus route).

Please note that priority will be given to students who already take the BSU School bus. If your child is does not usually take the school bus and would like to take the ECA school bus, there will be a fee for the number of days when the use the transportation. Please note that fees will be charged based on the number of days they use the school bus.

Places for ECA choices will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. Please confirm your choices via this Google form before August 30th at 16:00 pm.

* Please note that these after-school activities are ran by external organisations, and are separate from UBAC sports practices to BSU representative teams,  that are ran exclusively by BSU staff.
