The British School of Ulaanbaatar was awarded Humanitarian School status, presented to the school by the Red Cross in Mongolia. Students and staff from across the school joined the organisation as members, and made commitments to continue to participate in volunteering activities both in and out of school. This was a student-led initiative, with a number of BSU students already members of the Red Cross organization prior to yesterday.
