On Monday 11th December. The Year 3 Romans invaded BSU! We started the day with a costume parade, soon followed by Roman commands practise. We played lots of games and the Kangaroos even practised making the Tortoise formation with their shields. After break, it was time for some pizza designing and making in honour of the modern Romans. We loved grating cheese and adding our favourite toppings. After lunch, we got to eat our own pizza slices they were delicious! Finally, it was the Big Roman Quiz. We worked in teams to answer lots of questions about the Romans and then had a build a statues round! It was an awesome day and everyone enjoyed themselves.
