Partial Road Closures

You may be aware that due to the Yarmag Bridge construction work there are planned partial road closures effective Saturday 15th September, through Friday 5th October, 2018. The roads around the Yarmag Bridge areas will be closed off as follows:

You may be aware that due to the Yarmag Bridge construction work there are planned partial road closures effective Saturday 15th September, through Friday 5th October, 2018. The roads around the Yarmag Bridge areas will be closed off as follows:

  • From 15th Sept to 21st Sept - Bogd Khan Mountain Road south side

  • From 15th Sept to 22nd Sept - Yarmag Road south side

  • From 20th Sept to 27th Sept - Chinggis Avenue (main road from/to Khan-Uul district) south side

  • From 22nd Sept to 28th Sept - Bogd Khan Mountain Road north side

  • From 22nd Sept to 29th Sept - Yarmag Road north side

  • From 28th Sept to 5th Oct - Chinggis Avenue (main road from/to Khan-Uul district) north side

Please note that whilst the roads will be closed in the directions mentioned above there will still be single lane opposing traffic movement that mean it will still be possible to reach school. Please refer to this link for detailed images.

The school is aware of the increased traffic on the roads around the Yarmag Bridge however the school days will proceed as usual during this time (08:10am start; 3:00pm finish on Mon and Fri; 4:00pm finish on Tuesday, Wed, Thurs).

Please make your travel plans accordingly.

For Monday, 17th September the school bus hours will remain the same and if deemed necessary we may amend the bus hours in due course and inform you.

End of Term letter to parents

Dear Parents / Carers,

We are approaching the end of a great Term 1 and we are excited to share some highlights from this with you.

We are proud of your success.

Khan-Uul District Futsal Championship was held on Saturday and the final games were played on November 12th. The competition was attended by 4 different age groups, covering over 870 children in the Khan-Uul district.

Parents evening Term1

On Tuesday 16th October and Thursday 18th October the Primary and Secondary schools will hold a consultation evening to enable you to speak with your child’s teachers. If you have children in both schools, please make appointments on the same evenings for your convenience.
