Please complete the online ECA registration form for Term 2 ECAs for your child(ren) using your Gmail or Facebook account before 23:59 Thursday, 11th January 2018.

Please keep in mind:

  • For Reception and Primary students (Years 1-6) ECAs run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3.10 pm to 4.10 pm.
  • Select three ECA options for each day. Your child will be placed in only one of these entries depending on available space. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
  • Once registered students will not be permitted to change ECAs.
  • If your child is not taking an ECA for a given day please select the “No ECA” option for that day. Please note they must be collected at 3:10 pm. They cannot join ECAs mid-term.
  • Students who are on the school’s sports team must register for ECAs on the days they have practice as they will be not be supervised while they wait until their practice starts.

There are two types of ECAs:

  1. Unpaid ECAs are run by the school
  2. Paid ECAs involve professional teachers from external agencies and as such are charged.
  • Payment for paid ECAs are due in the first week to guarantee a place for your child.
  • Piano lessons run twice a week in the following combination: Monday and Thursday; Tuesday and Friday
  • Football lessons run twice a week on Monday and Friday between 3.10pm -5.10pm.
  • Piano and Football ECAs require a separate sign up sheet (attached in this email).

Partial Road Closures

You may be aware that due to the Yarmag Bridge construction work there are planned partial road closures effective Saturday 15th September, through Friday 5th October, 2018. The roads around the Yarmag Bridge areas will be closed off as follows:
